From 4 Stuffed Bags to Perfectly Organized
This was my first time using Poplin, and I was honestly impressed from start to finish. The provider communicated clearly through the app and arrived exactly when she said she would. I had over 150 pounds of laundry, and she handled everything professionally and transparently, even updating me on the exact weight. When my clothes were returned, I couldn't believe the organization. What I sent out in a few large stuffed bags came back freshly washed, perfectly folded, and sorted into multiple neat, organized bags. Socks were matched, clothes were separated properly, and everything was handled with real care. The communication, honesty, and attention to detail made this an outstanding experience. I will absolutely be using this service again. #PoplinChangedMyLife Larry Drain

Complaint
Well, I had intended to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and/or my state's Attorney General in hope that they'd help arbitrate for the situation. However, while on the Poplin website in order to ensure that I was filing against the correct business I noticed this review site which does seem to receive replies from the company. So, I will state my grievance here only, for a time, in hope that Poplin resolves the situation. On 27 OCT 24 I received a laundry order that I had placed on 26 OCT 24. On 01 Nov 24 I notified Poplin of missing items. On 04 Nov 24 I was finally informed that due to an arbitrary 48 hour policy I would not be reimbursed for my missing items. Mind you 31 OCT 24 is a holiday. Doing an inventory of my laundry was not my life's priority at the time as the company should not be losing my items to begin with. Additionally, I was even shown the picture that the Laundry Pro took which clearly shows that the items I mentioned are, in fact, not there. I have been using this service since 20 May 23. I tip these individuals upwards of 15USD when the job is completed well. I have no reason to falsify information about items that are worth less than what I have paid this company in just tips. The company simply needs to take responsibility for the worker's actions. You should not have to jump through such hoops for that to be accomplished, but I am willing to as Poplin has left me with no other option. 09 NOV 24: Still waiting on steps toward resolution. 20 Nov 2024: I adjusted my rating from 1 to 5 stars, reluctantly. I did this because Poplin did indeed resolve the issue, without a 3rd party stepping in. It took awhile and plenty hassle, but at least it was resolved.

This is such an easy service
This is such an easy service, and so so convenient. My subster, Samantha was fabulous! She came when she said she was going to come pick up my laundry and dropped it off when she said she was going to. Even put it inside my house for me because the weather was so so bad. I will definitely definitely use this service again and again and again!

SudShare to the RESCUE!!
My washing machine unexpectedly broke down (only one year old) in the middle of a load. Of course it was the first load of many needing to be done for the week. Krystal with SudShare came to my rescue and did a fabulous job!! My experience was fantastic and the app is so easy to use!! Will definitely use again and already recommended it to my daughter. Thank you!! Order S18079326.
