If it fits in a standard residential washer and dryer, your Laundry Pro can launder it. Truly extra‑large pieces—like king comforters—can’t be accommodated. Those items will be returned in a separate bag, unwashed, unweighed, and uncharged.
• Standard (next‑day): No hard maximum. If it’s over 100 lbs, your Pro may need extra days to complete.
• Express (same‑day or overnight): 60‑lb maximum and no hang‑dry items.
We’re devoted to care, but never at the expense of safety. Before placing an order, you’ll certify that your laundry:
• Is safe—no bed bugs, fleas, roaches, or biohazardous materials.
• Is sanitary—no feces, urine, blood, or vomit beyond normal household traces.
• Is not matted with excessive pet hair.
If a load is unsafe or unsanitary, it will be returned as‑is, a $20 fee may apply, and accounts may be closed to protect our community.
