• Order before 3pm: pickup by 8pm today; delivery by 8pm tomorrow.
• Order after 3pm: pickup by 8pm tomorrow; delivery by 8pm the following day.
Laundry Pros often beat these deadlines—consider them happy guardrails. You can also message your Pro in‑app to coordinate a time window that suits you.
• Orders before 10am: pickup by 2pm; delivery by 8pm today.
• Orders 10am‑3pm: pickup by 8pm; delivery by 10am tomorrow.
• Orders after 3pm: pickup by 2pm tomorrow; delivery by 8pm tomorrow (Pros will still try to grab it 3‑8pm today).
Note: Express has a 60‑lb max and doesn’t allow hang‑dry items.
For standard service, there’s no maximum—but if your load is over 100 lbs, your Pro may need an extra day to finish. Once your order is assigned, your Pro will message with an approximate pickup time—usually within a couple of hours of your order.
Use any bag you like (most people choose disposable). Hampers are fine too—your Pro will transfer to disposable bags and leave your hamper behind. If you have laundry bags, they’ll come back to you freshly laundered.
• Hotels: Set your pickup/drop‑off location to the front desk. Pros cannot service hotel rooms directly. Label each bag with your name, “Poplin Pickup,” and a bag count (e.g., 1 of 3).
• Boats & RVs: Same service, same ordering flow—just add concise notes for your Pro so they can find you quickly.
No problem. When your Pro messages with a pickup time, reply that you’ll hand it off at the door. If the suggested time doesn’t work, coordinate a mutually convenient handoff window in‑app.
Heads up: A $10 fee applies if a Pro arrives and can’t secure your laundry.
