Poplin Cares is an optional feature that lets you add a small Gift to your order, a way to share appreciation and help us create a positive impact on the users of Poplin and local communities where Poplin operates.
By choosing to add a Gift through Poplin Cares, you agree to the terms below.
Poplin Cares is a feature created by Poplin Technologies, Inc. (“Poplin,” “we,” or “us”) that allows customers to add a voluntary Gift to support our community initiatives. A Gift may be offered during checkout, after placing an order, or at other points where the option is presented.
Your Gift helps fund community and appreciation efforts such as care packages, Gift cards, and other initiatives that support our Laundry Pros and neighborhood partners.
Poplin Cares is not a charity or nonprofit program, and Poplin Technologies is not a charitable organization
• Adding a Gift is entirely optional and voluntary.
• Once added, Gifts are final and non-refundable, even if your order is canceled or refunded later.
• Gifts are not tax-deductible, and Poplin does not issue charitable receipts.
• Any confirmation you receive is for your records only, it cannot be used for tax or donation purposes.
• Giving a Gift does not purchase or entitle you to any extra product, service, or reward.
Poplin Technologies has full discretion over how Gifts are used. Examples include:
• Appreciation and recognition programs for Laundry Pros
• Community support or goodwill efforts
We aim to direct all Gifts toward meaningful, community-focused outcomes, but we’re not required to allocate any specific Gift to a particular individual or purpose.
When you give through Poplin Cares, you’re offering a gesture of appreciation, not a purchase.
While we share stories and updates about Poplin Cares initiatives, Poplin Technologies does not guarantee any specific results, timing, or distribution of Gifts.
Poplin Technologies, Inc., its team, and partners are not liable for any losses or damages connected to your participation in Poplin Cares.
By choosing to add a Gift, you agree to release Poplin from any claims related to how Gifts are managed or distributed.
Poplin Technologies may change, pause, or retire Poplin Cares at any time. If that happens, we may redirect any remaining Gifts toward similar appreciation or community programs that reflect the spirit of Poplin Cares.
