Poplin Rebrand - Laundry Pros

I’m excited to announce that as of today SudShare will be known as Poplin. We changed the name and the brand to more accurately reflect our community of users, of which you are an important part.

You’ll need to update your app at poplin.co/links/app-lp to continue accepting and processing orders. It’s easy, and you can login using your same credentials. Other than the new name and colors, the app will look and function as usual.

What’s not changing

Don’t worry, this change won’t impact your opportunity to service customers, earn money, and continue to work from home. Just continue to take excellent care of your customers and their laundry, as usual.

There is also no change in company leadership or in the operations of the marketplace.

What IS changing

We want to enhance this work-from-home opportunity for you, and that’s the main driver behind the new name and rebrand.

The Poplin brand highlights the prominence of your role in the marketplace. Out of reverence for your craft and service, Sudsters will now be known as Laundry Pros. Poplin wouldn’t be what it is today without the amazing care you’ve shown countless customers on countless orders. You are Pros, and we will treat you as such.

With that, SudShare Customer Support is now the Poplin Concierge Team. We are implementing new processes and technology to improve the speed and quality of our service to you and customers. We want to give you the same quality, speed and service that you give to customers. We want to serve you like concierges.

We also recently invested in an entire team responsible exclusively for improving your app and user experience. This team is assigned to listen to your feedback, fix bugs, and release features to make your life easier and work more efficient.

This team is already working on:

• Automated extension requests for orders over 100 pounds
• Displaying special instructions (and other information) prior to accepting an order
• Personal QR codes and referral links to refer new customers
• A streamlined approach for handling missing items
• More automation and accuracy around Laundry Pro performance in order to better identify top performing Laundry Pros and more efficiently help those who are struggling.

It’ll take some time but know that we are reorienting around you—and what you need to serve customers well.
