When placing an order, Poplin Laundry Pros give you three detergent options:

1. Classic Scented: A top-rated, premium brand detergent will be used by your Laundry Pro.
2. Unscented Hypoallergenic (unscented/sensitive skin): A premium brand, unscented hypoallergenic detergent will be used by your Laundry Pro.
3. I Will Provide: Include your detergent with your pickup; it will be used by your Laundry Pro and any leftover will be returned.

Poplin's Laundry Pros only stock detergent. Feel free to include any additional laundry products you want used (e.g., fabric softener, dryer sheets, bleach) with your laundry. Your Laundry Pro will use them (no extra charge) as per your instructions and return any unused products to you.

It’s extremely rare that items are lost or damaged. Poplin Laundry Pros tag, keep together, and separate your laundry from other orders at all times. They wash in cold water (unless you request otherwise). Whites and colors are separated, and clothes are dried in normal heat or hung-dry, based on your request. Your Laundry Pro will use a standard in-home washer and dryer. There is no part of the laundering process that is unique to what you would do at home or would cause damage or loss. However, in the rare event items are lost or damaged you’re protected up to $1000 per order under Poplin's Protection Plan.

Tipping is never required, but always appreciated. If your Laundry Pro did a great job and made your life easier — a tip is a great way to say thanks.Laundry Pros are independent contractors, and they receive 100% of any tip you leave. It’s a direct way to show your appreciation and it really does go a long way.There’s no set amount, but even a small tip can make a big difference. Think of it like tipping your delivery driver or hair stylist — totally optional, but a meaningful thank-you for a job well done.
